The configuration file now needs a secret passphrase (blowfish_secret). Open new phpMyAdmin window

Please look for file config.inc.php file located in phpmyadmin directory.
and Look for line:-$cfg['blowfish_secret']='';
replace it with some word like $cfg['blowfish_secret']='abc';

That’s it it you are done with it and enjoy
